Tackling health inequalities in Wales

So far, £6.5 million has been raised through The Health Lottery in Wales.

Thanks to this money, 169 local projects have been funded by People’s Health Trust since 2011.

Health Lottery Wales raises money to help reduce health inequalities across Wales. It does this by promoting its own Lottery and working collaboratively with independent charity, People's Health Trust, to develop local interventions.

We donate the good causes funds we raise to People's Health Trust, who invest these in communities wishing to make their neighbourhoods even better places to grow, live, work and age.

Thanks to money raised so far, projects such as RainbowBiz CIC, Vale People First Ltd and The Golden Oldies have all received much-needed support.

Health Lottery Wales has its draws on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday throughout May. Click here to play The Health Lottery.
